Rev. Pete Scribner

Rev. Pete Scribner has served at Calvary since 2006, first as Assistant and then Associate Pastor, until March of 2014 when he became just the 3rd lead Pastor in Calvary's 70-year history.  A graduate of the University of Missouri and Covenant Theological Seminary, he and his wife Erin have two children.  Born and raised in St. Louis, Pete is an avid sports fan, especially of the St. Louis Cardinals and Mizzou Tigers.

Pete's favorite quote is, "Though I am not what I ought to be, nor what I wish to be, nor what I hope to be, I can truly say, I am not what I once was; a slave to sin and Satan; and I can heartily join with the apostle, and acknowledge, `By the grace of God I am what I am.'"   (John Newton)
